Reimar Seltmann, Ph.D., is a renowned expert in the field of ore deposits and geology. With a career spanning almost four decades, Dr. Seltmann has dedicated his research to the study of ore-bearing granitic systems and the geodynamic and metallogenic processes of Transeurasian metallogenic belts. His work has significantly contributed to the understanding of mineral systems across Central Asia.

  • Joined the Natural History Museum (NHM) in 1999, serving as a research leader in ore deposits.
  • Founder and head of CERCAMS (Centre for Russian and Central EurAsian Mineral Deposit Studies).
